School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (PBS-SW) is a trauma-informed framework in SMYL Community College that brings the college campus communities together to develop a positive, safe and supportive learning culture.
Positive Behaviour Support
PBS-SW assists SMYL Community College (CC) to improve social, emotional, behavioural and academic outcomes for young people facilitated by emotionally competent school staff. The successful implementation of PBS ensures teachers and students have more time to focus on relationships and classroom instruction.
